Basic computer literacy /Security Systems Management Experience would be an advantage. At least 3 years relevant experience in a security institution. Candidates must be between 25 and 45 years of age. Previous experience. Exceptional Integrity, Loyalty, Dedication, Achiever and Strength of Character Must have good interpersonal communications skills and leadership qualities. Monitoring of daily security operations and all general security aspects on the Kimberlite Project Concession area, inclusive of the diamond processing, handling, and safekeeping of the diamond production. Provides hardware and software troubleshooting support to various locations, seeking technical advice and support as required. Produces monthly activity reports. Monitoring of digital CCTV system, complete exception reports and archiving of digital data for audit purposes. Monitors the performance of Biometric Access and Egress system. Identifying high-risk areas and maintaining constant surveillance. Constant Communication with other Security Departments on the Mine. Direct, supervisory or other member of the management staff to pro-actively deal with any security-related incidents. Record all incidents in the appropriate format and write concise and accurate incident reports as necessary. Operate security-related and personal protective equipment following. departmental procedures, ensuring the equipment is clean and stored correctly, reporting any faults to the supervisor. Deal professionally with victims of crime and individuals in confrontational situations. It is expected that individuals committing crimes will be observed, detained or arrested by Security Patrol Teams at the CRO discretion, awaiting the arrival of the Police. Undertake staff training as required and receive guidance and instruction from the HOD Security or his representative when necessary. Help train new members of the security department in working at Security Control Rooms and complete assessment forms as required. Carry out special duties, e.g. in connection with site visits, demonstrations and direct and assist with any emergency incident as required, Ensure security control and searching of all personnel and vehicles entering/exiting the Process Plant. Assisting, advising, mentoring and supervising searches conducted by Subcontracted Personnel. Management of Subcontracted Personnel (G4S) deployed in and around the Processing Plant. The Objective:

The objective of this position is to exceed sales target for various surveillance products and build a robust order pipeline across products and customers.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Generate enquiries and convert in to deals
• Focus on Panasonic CCTV surveillance, Security & market expansion of other security related system sales.
• Clear understanding/customization of Security business and system integration.
• Design, estimate and build application as per the customer's requirement.
• Identify and develop new markets and client opportunities
• Track competitors and their strategies and build on the Company's market share in each product
• Deliver sales efficiencies by maximizing revenue per client, deal size, revenue

About you 
In order to apply for this role you should possess the following: 

Skills;

• Sound Technical knowledge of CCTV surveillance & other Security products.
• Knowledge of network architecture, Service and application protocol along with estimation and designing of the same.
• Expertise in customer relationship management
• Excellent negotiation / proposal making skills
• Conversant with competition analysis and benchmarking
• Ability to under stand the new technologies and architectures.
• Usage of computing applications, internet marketing techniques and Microsoft Office applications
• Gulf experience together with valid Omani driving licence preferred

Educational/Technical Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate or diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• IP Networks & Services. Knowledge of network architecture.
• Prefarred Post Graduate in Marketing/Business Administration
• Should have minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience.
