Dear all,
I got an idea for all of us to remember the matrix (in number matrix
form) with respect to those nine knowledge areas (KA) and project
phases / stages (IPEMCC). I will ensure the same by EOD by trying &
checking it for myself and share it by trow to all of us, for sure :)
Note: I had attached a soft copy of that matrix for ready reference in
the 'files' section of this forum. Pls take a note and give your feed
back / suggestions, if any.

The fishbone - palindrome technique (combined with numerics) to
remember / cross check the matrix of the knowledge areas and processes
are posted in the files section. Pls take a note and revert with your
comments, if any.
Note: As usual (!!!!!) the project of delivering this by the dead line
(yesterday) had been missed and it only tells me that i was not lucky
PM in this project! Now dont comment back harsh on my delay ;)

Hi CSB,
A good try seems the processes for the knowledge areas are taken from
the PMBOK edition 3. As it has been revised please change this matrix
as in PMBOK 4th edition or by following the matrix in the Road to
success we have.

Updated the Processes and posted the file, I am not able to change the
Fish Bone palindrome :o) Update it please.
