Weekend Promition Event for TWCM/Bodyfuelz

As discussed, attached is our plan for promoting TWCM/Body Fuelz this coming weekend.  November 3 and 4th

Request you to coordinate with the Chennai Runner contact person provided in the attached on the logistics for the day.  Our request is to ensure that the kiosk, supplies etc. are ready 15 min before start time at each of the location.  The start time for each location is also included in the attached.

As discussed - following is what Body Fuelz Plans on Providing

Requirements
1.    One person from Body Fuelz - If you have someone available
2.    One Table
3.    One Kiosk/Umbrella preferably with Body Fuelz Branding
4.    Supplies of Body Fuels Hydration powder as a giveaway
5.    Premixed solution of energy drink for distribution to walkers and runners - equivalent to 200 cups/day/location
6.    Small cups
