Nodemanager not started

Hi ,
I am configuring hadoop 2 -YARN with 3 node cluster . by following steps of this site

Finally in jps i cant get Nodemanager in both master as well as slave (i use master also slave). I dont know how to fix. I have attached yarn site .xml file
