      Please bring your laptop.If you are not able to bring in your laptop,  hope you can share others' laptops.

      We would try our best to share the virtual image of Ubuntu with pre-installed hadoop for our users in this meet.

      Please bring any govt ID proof for entry pass into Tidel PArk.

  

For Newbies to group as well as Hadoop EcoSystem, Please come early by half an hour for introduction to Hadoop EcoSystem.

Hi Chennai Hadoop User Group Members,

                 i wrote simple wordcount program in hive. i have attched my folder in this mail,please check it out the folder name is wordcount.zip. when you unzip the file, it should be contain two files.one is wordcount.sh and another one is readme.txt. guys, please first read the readme.txt file and then start to run a wordcount.sh file.please send me the feed backs.
