Wiki Pages for BigData Technologies from Chennai Hadoop Users Group

HI All,

Please find the wiki page created for chennai Hadoop Users group. Myself along with the other members have  added some to the page.
It will be a continuous effort. Will be keep on adding more wikis week on week.


From ChennaiHUG team, we need the following things from each one of our members.
1. Test out and let us know if you face any issues or error or mistakes in wiki.
2. Do Suggest any topics(related to BigData) to be added as part of the wiki. We will add it to the master list  and write on the same soon.

Its really very nice to see the info provided from the http://chennaihug.org/knowledgebase/.
 
Please add it those topic in the wiki as well:
 
1. Redis server
2. RabitMQ server
3. YARN -- Add it bit more information about YARN ie) how to use it and what are the advantage using along with Hadoop etc..

Hi Senthil,

Great job. Community will be really benefited. Please do add the best practices and benchmarks for setting up a production setup. You may please throw light on calculation of resources for setting up big data infrastructure. Literature to guide setting up a big data lab. Guide to setup a medieval  big data prototype.

Hi Senthil,

In the Knowledgebase, the hadoop category has the name "Apache Hadoop Echo System". It has to be "Apache Hadoop Eco System"
