I am writing this email to ensure that the opportunity of being a coach in a Self-Expression and Leadership Program is prsent to you and that you can make an informed choice.
As a coach you will

I will be leading this course from the new brand promise of Landmark Education i.e. Effectiveness, Accomplishment and Aliveness that lasts a lifetime AND an extraordinary customer experience. We will work on eliminating Harshness, Arrogance and Insensitivity. We will bringforth being Gracious, Caring, Integrity, Authenticity, Responsiblity, Self-Expression, Aliveness and Performance. Imagine having all these in your life.

The coaches training is happening on monday, March 26th from 5 pm to 10 pm at the Landmark Centre in Kilpauk. The course starts on April 1st and the classrooms are on thursdays.
The agreements for being a coach are:
1.On the 3 workdays (April 1, May 13 and June 17) come at 8.30am and leave at 11pm.
2. On the classrooms (April 12, 19, 26, May 3, 17, 24, 31, June 7, 21, 28, July 5 and 12 ) come at 6pm and leave at 10.30 pm.
3. Have a weekly coach call with each of your participants and your head coach.
4. Fully participate in all the assignments and take on a project that fulfills what really matters to you.
