Dear Sir,

    My son Aashish (aged 1 year) has been admitted in the Mehta's Children's Hospital's Pediatric Intensive Care Unite for the past 3 months for the complaint of pulmonary hypertension. He has undergone an open heart surgery for a large VSD (Ventricular Septal Defect)and cardiac wise good. But because of his hypertension he has to be intubated. Tracheostomy was done following five failure extubations. It's been three months since he has been admitted in PICU. It's just that he requires some more time in ventilator. As I am unable to meet the financial needs, I request you and your friends to help me out to raise some funds for my son's better life.



     I have also attach the the letters of the surgeon Dr. M.P. Naresh Kumar and cardiologist Dr. Ranjith stating my child current status
