Naveen,

Are you trying to install it as an Eclipse plugin? If yes, then I dont
think Adobe/Eclipse manages older version links.

I think installing latest flex using plugin and then download the Flex
3 SDK from http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Download+Flex+3
and adding to the eclpse and selecting the needed SDK while creating a
project will work for you.
