It now installs and runs fine on my laptop. Thank you for the quick fix!  :D

works fine here also.... i love the speed, moving the jog wheel is also a really nice touch!

I did notice a few things:

(1) several exceptions on startup that ended up being no big deal:

PYTHON EXCEPTION: Traceback (most recent call last):

Tue Apr 10 08:12:21 2012 >> PYTHON EXCEPTION: File "Z:\home\rhradec\dev\chemshapes\trunk\host\build\pyi.win32\draft\out01-PYZ.pyz\glViewport.context", line 286, in initializeGL

(2) what does the 'preview as print' checkbox do? when i clicked it the screen goes black, but nothing happens when i move the wheel

(3) when i did 'simulation print' i expected to see each slice briefly displayed, but i saw only one slice from somewhere in the middle of the model. is that normal? Is this feature working yet?

could you do me a big favor and add this comments together with a copy of the log_*.html file to the open issue number 3 please?
that way it's properly documented, and easier for me to keep track.

They booth should be working. The "preview as print" switches the viewport to a "live simulation mode" were you can slide over the simulation using the big round dial.

check out this video:
http://youtu.be/xr19WM9TFs4?hd=1

This is what you should see when switching "preview as print"  and simulating. If you're not seeing it, then there's something else that is not working properly. Please also attach some screenshots to  open issue number 3 so I can have a better understand of the problem!

Could you try load up the "happy.stl" model that comes with it, in the meshes folder and see if a simulation works?

cheers...

Hi Nuri...

Could you also please add a comment and attach the log_<computerName>.html file to the open issue number 3 please?
If you can attach screenshots showing up the problem would also help a big deal!!
That way I can work on a fix faster...

cheers...
