we are glad to inform that we are launching our own and one of the
unique of its own kind ..."test series cum mentoring programme " for
iit aspirants..in which our main attraction is mentoring by IITians
which along with all IITians include an advisory board ..(which
contains top 50 rankers..) and we already have approx 30 IITians among
top 50 in our group . we hav e7 rankers in top 10 ...2, 3, 4 ,5, 8 , 9
10 .....

mentoring program- by this we will provide 20 session all round the
year in which he can call his mentor and ask him whatever he
wants ...and get motivated by him/her...in addition to this mentees
can contact thru mails and chats as well....for our convenience a
particular slot will be provided (that too only in weekends) to all
the mentors and during end sems and mid sem exams they will not be
disturbed......menoring is necessary because many a times situation
comes when student loose their confidence due to some bad weekend test
or some other thing....for this they shud get some motivation or
confidence boosting words from some one experienced to bring them
again to track ...and help them regain the BURNING DESIRE .clear
jee...

we are pretty much ready to launch our test series program..our aim is
to sell 5000-6000 test series in the very first year . which would not
be a problem seeing our solid plan.

For marketing we are contacting different small small(whose strength
is 250-400) coaching institute across the country .we will make a
contract with them in which it will be compulsory for their students
(all) to get enrolled with us . And now u will ask wat is their
benefit in these and y would they do this...ya so their main profit is
that they can use our name and publicize themselves with our names .
as "providing mentoring from iitians with educell" this will help them
getting more no. of students ...and obviously it will be a gr8 help
for us too , and we will show them as our partners in our magazines
and our website as well .Another big thing is that we will conduct
seminars in their cities /towns in co-ordination with them where sum
of our members will be there...this will help them increase their
strength exponentially...

as of now we are more that "230 iitians.....and counting" in our team
of which most of them are from iitb ..but for the success of educell
we shud have iitians from every iit... for this year we need like
about 300-350 iitians to provide mentoring to 5000-6000 students .

apart from mentoring we have an R&D department which is responsible
for making test series and sample papers. we try to make new questions
every time but some standard has to be included . and we pay the
members of r&d on per question basis..

we have a marketting and publi department ..which contacts all
coaching institutes and make deal with them , and do general publi
llike organising seminars and all , circulating articles with news
papers ..etc.

recommendation is a thing which are expected to be done by each and
every member ...for every recommendation less than 10 member will be
paid Rs. 200 per recommendation and after 10 i.e 11 and onwards Rs.
300 per recommendation ..for r&d and other departments like marketting
and all pay is not final yet..but it will be fixed soon.

For other IIT's our aim is to set up a scenario very much similar to
the present scene of EDUCELL in IITB . we will have all major
departments there as well and ..there will be a functional head of all
the departments ..by these means a good coordination can be
established and we can work in a more systematic and productive
manner .. and it'll help to have contact in summers as well..
