Dear all,My name is Ola Spjuth and I have previously worked with Egon on BODO and the Bioclipse QSAR plugin [1], making use of the BODO for descriptor calculation. My plan is now to assist Egon with migrating BODO and CDK implementations to CHEMINF, and upgrade Bioclipse-QSAR to use CHEMINF instead of BODO. In the longer run I am also interested in extending CHEMINF with protein descriptors, and upgrade Bioclipse [2] to work with this to allow for Proteochemometrics modeling [3].Today Egon got me started and I was able to add my first entry from BODO in CHEMINF; Egon set me up with write permissions so this has now been committed.I just wanted to write some lines to introduce myself. Looking forward to further interactions.Kind regards,Ola Spjuth
