new CHEMINF release?

Hi Janna,

since our 1.0 release there have been numerous small additions and
fixed. It seems to me time for a 1.1 release.

Also, April 11 we will have with our eNanoMapper project a descriptor
ontology workshop, which will surely result in quite a bit more
CHEMINF content.

Janna, related to this, I like to update the BioPortal page to point
to the new place of the source code (since Google Code no longer
exists). Can you please make me co-admin on BioPortal?
