One-third of India's population lives below the poverty line and India is home to one-third of the world's poor people.
India is the deadliest place for a girl child.
India has been experiencing an alarm in the number of issues like. Historically, these have been a subject of concern for Indian Society for long but now it is the time we need to go beyond showing just concern. Most of these problems find their roots in the lack of quality education amongst the people. Solution of these problems lies with the people only, so only people can make the society a better place for all. We need to speak out, put some views on the table, need to reach a conclusion and hence do our bit to bring the sustainable change. Thus, the discussion focuses on education, and intends to bring the best minds of the country together to suggest sustainable reforms in the field of education.

Open House panel Discussion on “Education in India: Concerns and the Way Forward”
The discussion provides a platform, where people from different sections of the society can come together to put forward their views and suggestions concerning the issue, and then craft a feasible solution to the problem. The Open House Panel Discussion Panel discussion will be attended by Janta Party President Dr. Subramanian Swamy, Magsaysay Award Winner Dr. Sandeep pandey, Executive Director United Way of Bangalore, Ms. Anupama Kalra and You.
The structure of the Open House Session will have a Sub Panel facing the Main Panel. Zero Hour would appreciate if the Cognizance participants be part of the sub-panel. It will make the discussion more interactive.
