Nanomaterials can be roughly divided into four categories: nanopowders, nanofibers, nanofilms, and nano blocks. Among them, nano powder has the longest development time and the most mature technology, which is the basis for the production of the other three types of products.

Folded Nanopowder

Also known as an ultrafine powder or ultrafine powder, it generally refers to powder or particles with a particle size below 100 nanometers, which is a solid particulate material in an intermediate state between atoms, molecules, and macroscopic objects. It can be used for: high-density magnetic recording materials; absorbing stealth materials; magnetic fluid materials; radiation protection materials; single crystal silicon and precision optical device polishing materials; microchip thermal conductive substrates and wiring materials; microelectronic packaging materials; optoelectronic materials; advanced battery electrode materials; solar cell materials; efficient catalysts;

Folded Nanofibers

Refers to a wire-like material with a diameter of nanometer scale and a large length. It can be used in micro-wires, micro-fibers (important components of future quantum computers and photonic computers) materials, new laser or light-emitting diode materials, etc. Electrospinning is a simple and easy method to prepare inorganic nanofibers.

Folded Nanomembrane

Nanofilms are divided into particle films and dense films. A particle film is a thin film of nanoparticles sticking together with extremely fine gaps in between. A dense film refers to a thin film with a dense film layer but with nanometer grain size. Can be used for gas catalysis (such as automobile exhaust treatment) materials; filter materials; high-density magnetic recording materials; photosensitive materials; flat display materials; superconducting materials, etc.

Folded Nanobulk

Nano-block is a nano-grain material obtained by high-pressure molding of nano-powder or controlled crystallization of metal liquid. The main uses are ultra-high-strength materials, intelligent metal materials, etc.
