As we're getting closer to the first release of ChemChains, a website
dedicated to this software has been activated and can be accessed at
bioinformatics.org/chemchains.

I am intensively developing the ChemChains tutorial, but if anyone
would like to contribute to speed up its development, let me know :)

Will there not be a link to the wiki?

http://mathbio.unomaha.edu/wiki/index.php/ChemChains

That wiki page won't be going away, will it?

Thanks,

no, but that page will be more for our internal use, as a knowledge base. More for the developers than general public.

I'll put the link there as soon as the paper gets submitted.

Excellent. You the man. :)

I'm messing around with a testing framework for different languages.
If I end up committing anything (minor) to cpp where do you want me
to do it? cpp/branches/MathbioRelease ?

Thanks,

you can submit it to trunk, but I wonder if it'd be better to wait till we tag it and package it. We're almost done with everything to get it ready for the release - just tying some loose ends here and there, I'm pushing to have it submitted this next week.
