Pannashi celebration

Dear friends,
 
We are trying to arrange a get-together to celebrate our Pannashi.
 
I think in order to have maximum participation it should be short and sweet. In other words it needs to be in Mumbai and should not exceed 5-6 hours.
 
As suggested by Anjali, we are considering arranging it at Vaishali hotel in Chembur (opposite Chembur Station), either on 11th or 25th Julyboth of which are Saturdays. I had called Vaishali hotel. As of now, their party hall is available on both these days. Menu is available from Rs. 700 per head. Drinks can be brought from outside but still they charge Rs. 500 per bottle (for serving and license).
 
I also want to visit our school prior to the get-together to recall our memories. If possible, I would also like to give our school some gift. However, it is subject to overall interest of the group.
 
Please let us know your availability on both these days so that we can finalize the day based on the number.

अनिरूदध, एखाद्या हॉटेलात पार्टी करने नक्कीच चांगले पण जर हाच प्रोग्राम जर एखाद्या फार्म हाऊसवर केला तर एक वेगळी धमाल येईल. म्हणून हॉटेल ऐवजी एखाद्या बंगला मिळाला तरी ठीक असे मला वाटते.

As Chinta has mentioned, about 10 of us are willing to go out of Mumbai for a day to celebrate.

So friends, to keep you posted, the Vaishali hotel idea is almost canceled. Efforts to identify a good resort near Mumbai are on.
 
Dates are going to be 25/26 July.

The resort could be within a radius of 2 hours journey.

Latest update is that the venue now is a resort called Chimbalkar farms near Sinhagad, Pune. Date remains the same i.e. 25-26 July. Most of us are going to stay over, but there are a few who are coming only for a day.
