(Dickens: Could you please forward it to the other EE batches, and to your fellow-BCs requesting them to forward it to their respective batches?)

Hello everyone,

Hope all of you are doing great! :-)

I am very happy to inform you that I am involved in the making of a documentary on cricket in India, Beyond All Boundaries, currently in post-production. Directed by LA-based filmmaker and my friend, Sushrut Jain - whose previous film, "Andheri" won several awards at film festivals worldwide - the cricket documentary follows amazing characters, including Sudhir Kumar (the superfan who rides a cycle across country to make it to matches and gets tickets from Sachin), and Prithvi Shaw (the 12-yr old who is breaking Sachin's records in Mumbai school cricket).  Please watch a short trailer at http://www.cricketdocumentary.com/ (We have managed to get interviews of Ganguly and Yuvraj for the film, and are trying to reach out to a few other stars of the Indian cricket team) :-)

I need your help in promoting and raising awareness about this film.
  1. Please _Like_ The Cricket Documentary on Facebook to stay abreast of developments on the film (http://www.facebook.com/TheCricketFilm). You could also follow the film on Twitter @TheCricketFilm.

  2. Please spread the word about the film among your friends and well-wishers as widely as possible.

  3. The film is totally independently produced and needs your support. If possible, help us in completing the film by making donations on the film's website http://www.cricketdocumentary.com/.  All donors' names will appear in the end-credits of the film!
I am sure all of you will help me with (1) and (2), if not (3). Thanks a lot, in advance! :-)

Cheers,
Rakesh
