ZS set up an India office at Pune in 2005 and a second one at Gurgaon in 2009. ZS India is in a rapid growth phase with plans to expand significantly over the next 2 years through its work on international projects with teams from across the globe. A vast majority of the projects are in the area of sales and marketing operations, analytics, and market research for pharmaceutical clients.
Currently we are hiring in-market candidates with Engineering background from batches which passed out in 2010 and will be passing out in 2011 only with 70% and above marks (or an equivalent GPA) throughout their educational stint and preferably without any gaps as well.
About the Positions:
General Analytics Associate (GAA) -- based at Delhi/Pune
Compensation- CTC of 9.00 Lacs per annum.
Role and Responsibilities
As a General Analytics Associate your
role is to take end-to-end responsibility for creating and supporting
analytic solutions and processes to address specific client questions,
especially related to sales and marketing operations.
In close collaboration with a team,
General Analytics Associates:
• Understand client business issues, operating business rules, data, and
processes
• Create solutions that serve long-term business process needs for clients
• Adapt solutions to changing business needs
• Leverage problem solving skills to address ad hoc client analytic needs
• Synthesize analytic results and business process outputs to create appropriate
client communications
The General Analytics Associate position provides you with immediate opportunities
to take responsibility on consulting assignments, gaining exposure to a
variety of sales and marketing issues.
Your work on projects will strengthen your business and consulting skills
while leveraging your analytical ability. ZS offers the opportunity for
early client exposure with participation in meetings throughout the project.
What are we looking for?
Engineering graduates with consistent and
high grade academic records (CGPA of 7+) with 0 to 2 years of experience
post graduation.
Consulting mindset: critical thinking, good
at problem solving, and business orientation.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
in oral and written form.
Ability to work within a virtual (off-shore)
team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple
projects.
Willingness to travel to the US as and when
project needs require.
