Rf values in a solvent of 1:2 hexanes to ethyl acetate and 1% acetic acid:

Aspirin : 1.8/3.5=0.51

Acetominophen: 1.7/3.5=0.49

Caffiene: .2/3.5, .9/3.5, 1.5/3.5=0.06, 0.26, 0.43

Acetominophen standard: 0.4/2.4=0.17

Aspirin standard: 1.2/2.4=0.5

Caffiene standard:0.1/2.4=0.04

Entire Sample: 0.05/2.4, 0.4/2.4, 1/2.4=0.02, 0.17, 0.41

Melting points of recovered samples:

Aspirin: 157-159 ˚C

Acetominophen: 156.4-159.2 ˚C

Caffiene: 200-216 ˚C
