VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Invasive Plant Removal at Glenside Elementary School

We will spend the day cutting back invasive vines and shrubs near the creek
in order to support the growth of native plants and a healthier ecosystem.
Come for as long or short a time as you wish. We appreciate the help!

DATE: Saturday, April 18, 2009
TIME: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
PLACE: Glenside Elementary School
400 Harrison Avenue, Glenside, PA
MEET: In the playing field, by the fence along the creek.
WEAR: Rugged clothing and boots or work shoes. The ground can be muddy.
Long pants & long sleeves are recommended.
BRING: Gloves and clippers or loppers if you have them.
WE WILL PROVIDE: Snacks and lunch, extra gloves and tools.
