Understanding Biodynamics, Course no 422 Friday evening, 21 Oct 2011 -
Saturday, 22 Oct 2011

Avoiding chemicals and eating organic food is a must nowadays for a
healthy lifestyle. Simply abstaining from harmful inputs, however, is
no longer enough. During this course we will show how biodynamic
techniques can be used to work creatively with the living processes of
soil and plant, enhance the vitality and overall quality of the crops
we grow and open the way towards a new and holistic understanding of
nature.

We will be working directly with the unique biodynamic preparations,
demystifying the Biodynamic Sowing and Planting Calendar and
experiencing the intricate web of life as it expresses itself in the
beautiful grounds of Hawkwood. Open to all.

£65 Registration 7.00-7.30pm.
Friday evening 7.30pm talk “The Quality of Biodynamic Food” and wine
& cheese tasting.
£7.50 for public, free to course participants.

Tutor Information:
Jarman, Bernard has been looking after the grounds of Hawkwood for
nearly 18 years. He has been involved with biodynamic farming and

Executive Director of the Stroud based Biodynamic Agricultural
