Please see below details of an event at the Uni on the Incredible
Edible project:-

Thursday 2nd June from 12.15 - 1.30 pm at Park Campus, University of
Gloucestershire, room TC015

'The carrot that started a revolution: an insiders view of Incredible
Edible'

A session organised by the Sustainability Team at the University to
mark World Environment Week and led by Professor Paul Clarke, who
founded the Incredible Edible project. Incredible Edible is a
community food project that started in Todmorden in West Yorkshire.

Paul will talk about what the project does, why it does it and what
might happen next.
