Dear Bonnie,
Would you be willing to take a leadership role with the soup? We could really use someone to be the cleaning supervisor of the volunteers after the soup is over. Because the Michigan Friends Center lets us use their building for free we want to leave it in great shape afterwards and we would get you a list of the tasks that need to get done and you would be in charge. You would not be left doing the cleaning by yourself, there would be a number of volunteers you would be working along with them though and making sure that that all the tasks got done and the building was in good shape when the Soup was over.
