Hello all,
Great soup last month and time to plan out the next one.... the meeting will be at 7:00 pm at the Silverio's house 414 West Middle Street, all soup volunteers are welcome to come! Deb Harrington will facilitate her phone number is 734 475 0631. Call her if you have items to add to the agenda. We will be going over the last soup- what worked well, what didn't, what we would like to change, and planning the next soup.
This is a meeting for people who are interested in getting more involved with organizational aspects of the soup. If you volunteered at the last soup or wrote down your email address and offered to help with set up/clean up /cooking etc and are only interested in participating in that aspect of the project at this time you do not need to come to this meeting. If you would like to help organizationally great, either way if you volunteered for the next soup you will be contacted shortly before April 15th with information about volunteering.
Get your tickets now the last soup was quite popular and it would be a shame to come and not have a place to sit. Tickets for this soup are available at

If you offered to volunteer materials, please respond to this email and let us know what you are interested in donating, soup is run on donation!
