Reports
Meeting on loose ends
Volunteers _
_/Should probably figure out what areas volunteers will be helping with.
Deb spoke to me on the phone about who was helping with the cooking but
I was outside and didn't write it down.
I had told Carolyn on the phone before the meeting and worked out with
Gonzalo for her to announce at the meeting that we would work at
cleaning rather then him helping with the cooking on the night of the
soup since no one had come forward to handle that, Deb and Mully are
also now planning on working till the end but after cooking beforehand
it makes it a very long day. /_

Susan said a waitress from Back to the roots was interested,
Helen Daily from Friends Lake is thinking about writing one/
Need to start writing bring cash on everything- /for the people who got
tickets on line I will make sure that they get an email telling them to
bring cash which so far are the only ones to have gotten tickets. We can
also start a list of tickets at the door
