As for the pizza itself, I am really happy to announce for your eating pleasure:
- Pizza dough from Nick Raterman (of Raterman Traditional Sourdough). Check out Nick's bread, too, next time you visit the farmers market or Agricole on the weekend. It is the best!
- Mozzarella cheese from Fluffy Bottom. Check our all the Fluffy Bottom cheeses in the store or market too.
- (Possibly shiitake mushrooms from the logs under the tree nearby the earth oven?) On Sunday there was no flush of mushrooms yet, but you never know.

And anything else you would like to bring (within reason). I'll have some Gatorade.
I picked up the 5 apple and 5 pear root-stock yesterday for planting. We will also have elderberry cuttings, concord grape cuttings, etc. But the point isn't about work; this is not a lot of plants we are talking about anyway.
Let's push really hard and push that temperature up, up, up just a little bit more!
