Looking for a place to stay August 6-16

Hi! 

My name is Emma McWilliams. 

I actually don't live in New York. I live in Los Angeles. I go to a church out here in Hollywood called Reality LA. I posted on our church's board about being in need of a place to stay while I'm in Manhattan. Someone recommended I look into Redeemer church, and I have been directed to post here! (:

My one woman show was accepted into the New York International Fringe Festival. So I will be there from August 6-25. I have already been invited to stay with someone in Astoria from the 16th and on. I am currently looking for somewhere from the 6th to the 16th. 

My show is actually a Gospel presentation, and it would be awesome to get to know some other believers while I'm in the city. It would actually be RAD. 

Anyway, I know I am a complete stranger. I would love to chat on Skype to introduce myself so that no one thinks I'm a crazy person. 

Whoever reads this, please be in prayer about if I could ideally stay with you during this time. Don't need much, just a couch to sleep on and a place to shower. I won't be there much as I will be around near the Festival on the Lower East Side. 

Please pray if it's the right time for you to host someone, or if there is someone gracious enough to let me stay with them those few days. (Or split the days, I don't have to stay with one person the whole time. I am more than willing to bounce around in the area. I have open hands) 

Ideally I would be looking for somewhere on the Lower East Side, which to my understanding is where the Festival mainly happens.

If anyone knows anyone who may be willing, please pass this along. Or if anyone is going out of town that week and needs a dog/cat sitter I am more than willing to fill that role for you while you're away!
