Interested in arts missions and friendship evangelism in Spain?

Hi TGC fam,

On Friday, July 31, I will be hosting a gathering in my garden to hear about an Spanish arts ministry that I was a part of a couple of summers ago in Madrid. Hector and Lilli Ramirez have an arts school in urban Madrid. Their hearts desire is to be able to raise awareness of the terrible spiritual situation in which Europe is in and the urgent need to find new ways to connect with the people in this continent. They share the heart of Jesus through the building of relationships in their arts school (acting, dance, and musical instruments). 

I was a volunteer teacher at their English summer camp for kids 2 years ago and it was a really wonderful time of teaching the kids how to dance to pieces I choreographed from Les Miserables. I really enjoyed experiencing Spanish culture for the 6 weeks. Spiritually, it was a challenge being a witness to these people asI could not be as open about Jesus as I usually am here in the US. Regardless, it was really powerful to contend together as a team in prayer over the kids that we worked with.

I would love to extend a warm welcome to Hector, Lilli, and their 12 yr old son Dani. Would you see if you're available to come that night? Friday, July 31, 7:30pm, Bushwick (30 min ride from Union square). I have a beautiful garden and it will be a pleasant evening of sharing and fellowship. I will provide light appetizers.
