Hi Chelsea Family,

Allison here, long time member of TGC. I have a large, fully furnished room available in my super cute, clean and cozy apt, just 2 blocks away from the Bedford Avenue Stop in Williamsburg, available Aug 1st. 

I've been doing air bnb style short term sublets for a while and am now hoping to find a longer term mature and responsible Christian roommate who is cool, clean and up for occasional community life, yes I do love alliteration! The apartment is shabby chic in style with a gorgeous eat-in kitchen, perfect for dinner parties and small gatherings. And super convenient to transport, East River Park, Smorgasburg and all of Billyburg's finest in good times and offerings. 

Move in Aug 1st, rent is $1300 plus half of all utilities and wifi or all inclusive price of $1400.
