For #3, we've made it to Chelsea! I'm so thrilled with the doors God is opening.

On Saturday, we'll be featuring the compost bin. In an effort to not contribute to the 4.3 tons of commercial waste generated daily, Zai Lai uses compostable containers and utensils. Thank you for supporting us in doing our part for the environment.
Menu:
-UNVEILING: Braised Brisket, slow cooked over six hours in a Chinese herb/spice medley ($12)
-Lion's Head Meatballs ($11)
-Bamboo Eggplant ($10)
Each entree comes with our signature Gogi Berry Rice and choice of Bok Choy or Yu Choy. As most of you know, our food is gluten-free and vegan friendly. Tax is included in all prices.
Lastly, it's a community pop up because food is inherently communal. Bring some friends and hang out or come meet some fun people (the space is a lot bigger this time)!
