Room is huge, with tall ceilings and its own BALCONY.  Room has the huge master bathroom with a full tub and a killer shower.  (Because only 2 bathrooms in the apt, another roommate showers there.)  Room is FURNISHED with full bed, desk, chair, and chaise lounge that can all be purchased for $50.

Neighborhood is safe & only 2min walk to G at Flushing Ave, 8min walk to JMZ (proved super-reliable) at Lorimer St, 20min walk (7min bike ride) to L at Lorimer St.

Roommates are kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy:  2F, 1M, 2 artists & a curator, so art is everywhere.  I've lived in New York for 2 1/2 years, and, for the price, this apt and room are UNBEATABLE.  Rent on the room is currently $880 / month.  Month-to-month right now and working towards resigning a lease, but from what we've heard, we don't expect rent to increase much.  Room is seriously undervalued.  Utilities approx $60/mo.
