Hey Trinity Grace!

Edward here, one of the leaders at TGC Chelsea.

I've written previously about my venture to start a Green Chinese Food restaurant (organic / sustainable / vegan friendly) called Zai Lai Chinese Grille. Besides being a responsible business, I long for it to be a place where the presence of God dwells.
