Laurie Veldheer here, I've been attending Trinity Grace Church Chelsea for the past (almost) 4 years now!  I am looking for someone to sublet my room April 1st - June 1st and would love for this to be a Christian sister.  

The apt is pretty awesome, very cozy, very homey!  It is a fully furnished apt, two bedroom (your own bedroom with a queen bed), two bathroom (your OWN bathroom), shared kitchen and living room, dishwasher, wifi internet/cable, AC units in all rooms, 3rd floor, 2 floor walkup, laundry in the building, trash and recycling in the building, shared back outdoor patio.  Located on W 104th st bw Broadway and Amsterdam.  Right off the 1 line at 103rd, the C train is two avenues over, a quick five minute walk down to the 1/2/3 at 96th.  Post office across the street, starbucks and 24hr Gristedes around the corner.  Great apt, building, neighborhood, and a wonderful roommate!
