I am not kidding when I say this is an AMAZING apartment!
It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apt. on the UWS. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the lower level, upstairs is the third bathroom, huge living room, kitchen, and private terrace. It is a walkup, but it has to be, cause it's the top two floors! My bedroom is a private bedroom, with a queen bed, dresser, closet, and basically you're own bathroom. The apt also has a dishwasher and laundry one flight above us, laundry $1.75 a load.
The apt is located on West 104th street between Broadway and Amsterdam, right off the 1 at 103rd, about a five minute walk down to 96th for the 1/2/3, the C is also two avenues east.
There is a 24 hour Gristedes around the corner, Starbucks, a local coffee house, tons of other great restaurants, grocery stores, and stores, the post office is across the street, and there are also dry cleaners on our block. Riverside park is two avenues to the west, and central park is two avenues to the east!
$1,425.00 a month, but would be prorated by day for the odd days, and approx. $100 a month for all utilities (internet and cable, and electric). I am really looking for someone who can pay the full rent, but may be willing to lower for the right person.
Two awesome roommates AND a wonderful pooch! MUST be loving and friendly to dogs!
