PCI Programming

Hi everyone,

For the programmers amongst us all have any of you ever heard of PCI Programming? Because I've recently been informed that there is a gap in the market for it at the current point in time and would like to fill that myself, basically does anyone have any knowledge of PCI Programming or the tools to do something like that.

Not sure why, just been informed that there is, its actually quite an interesting thing
