Proposed By-Laws Updates for CICC Review...

Good Morning All,

I have uploaded the new/proposed by-laws for everyones review
(CICC_ByLaws_0109A.doc). I added the comments and changes from Janelle
and Mike, so... we should be good to go for review. I also uploaded
the current by-laws (By-Law Revisions October 2007.doc) for your
reference. I was unable to use the "track changes" function in WORD
as the changes were so many. However, from here forward, we will track
changes.

Please take a peek and we will review and discuss the updates at our
next meeting. This is a first draft so, I warmly welcome your
comments, questions and suggestions. :)

Please Note: It will take two (2) formal readings to approve our by-
laws.
