Registration for Cheiron 2023 Conference Now Open

Dear colleagues and friends,

 

We are pleased to announce that registration for Cheiron’s upcoming meetings on June 15 – 17, to be held at Fordham University’s Lincoln Center Campus, is now open. Links for the registration form, along with  the preliminary program, can be found on Cheiron’s website – cheironsoc.org – on both the “Home” page and via the “Meetings” tab.

 

As shall be seen, the registration form lists the fees for early and late registration for members, non-members, and students who are attending the conference at Fordham, as well as fees for those attending virtually.

 

In addition, a section of the registration form provides information concerning “on” and “off” campus lodging, with an option to reserve a room in the residence hall on Fordham’s campus, and instructions to reserve a room off-campus at the Empire Hotel.

 

Also included is a section that provides an opportunity to pay yearly dues and make donations to the Scarborough Lecture Series, the Al Smith Fund, and the Cummings Center.

 

Please note that if you are attending the Conference virtually, you must complete and submit the registration form to receive access codes for the “Cheiron Conference 2023 Website,” which will include Zoom addresses for each session.

 

After completing and submitting your registration form, you will receive an invoice that provides step-by-step instructions on how to pay your fees.

Additional tabs for the meetings – i.e. “Places to Go,” “Things to Do,” &c – will appear on the website during the next few weeks.

Hi Larry,

 It looks like there is no banquet,right and we are going to be foraging for meals in the area? Is there a central dining area at the college? What does Cultural events mean?

Some more information would be useful.
