Subject: Captains meeting

Welcome All to our newest season 2008.

Hope everyone enjoyed their extended winter in great spirits. we have recieved the participation confirmation from almost all the teams. Board is planning to conduct the captains meeting to form groups and also to decide upon  the scheduling and format of our league for this season. The meeting will be either on saturday(5/3/08) or sunday(5/4/08). Unlike the previous years a representative from each of the teams is mandatory to consider their teams participation this season.

Note: There are no exceptions please. These is to make our tournament run smoothly not force anyone.

Please bring your opinions on the format for this season. Please send the following details to Sko...@gmail.com and CC raj.kan...@gmail.com,madhu....@gmail.com( Madhu's representation in the board is pending captains vote which will happend during the captains meeting).
