Here we will try to register the .dll files that may have not registered properly during installation. Keep in mind that it is possible for these files to become unregistered after windows updates or SOLIDWORKS updates.
Just for my clarity, this is about an entry in the context menu of windows explorer, not within solidworks itself? I would open up CCleaner's Tool tab, Context Menu, and make sure it isn't disabled. Being as you have two other machines with it working, I would see if it comes up on their machines and possibly try to recreate it on your own machine. I really like the ability to categorise your applications into sections, which was something you do in windows 8, but I found a bit awkward. Here though, it is much easier, and I think much more effective, allowing me to personalise my workflow to get me where I want to go much more quickly.
