In accordance with pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 7722, otherwise known as the “Higher Education Act of 1994”, this Office hereby disseminates the attached Memorandum from the Chairperson on the above subject and CHED Memorandum Order No. 3, Series of 2016 or the “Guidelines on Graduate Education Scholarship for Faculty and Staff Development in the K to 12 Transition Period” for information and guidance.
