Issue in setting up Repo

Greetings Everyone!
I want to contribute in checkstyle and for that pupose i forked and cloned git repo and according to the documentation i ran maven install command but i m getting "Build failure"
I also request the maintainers if anyone had face similar problem in past so help me too.
if anyone knows what can be the possible reason please help me with this.
I m attaching the screenshot where i ran maven install command
