Hi everyone,

My name is Lalith Kumar. I am an undergraduate student interested in contributing to Checkstyle for the upcoming Google Summer of Code 2026 cycle.

I am currently going through the "Beginning Development" guide and setting up the project locally. My goal is to familiarize myself with the codebase and pick up a "good first issue" shortly.
