Role and Responsibilities
• Working knowledge of SAP Data Services, Information Steward, and Data Migration Best Practices is preferred.
• Database Extract, Transform, and Load experience with Data Profile and Cleansing
• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.• Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.• Decisions have a major day-to-day impact on area of responsibility.• Develop SAP Data Services jobs to migrate and cleanse data utilized by the business.• Develop Data Profiling Rules on Product, customer and transactional data using SAP Information Stewards• Develop, test, debug, document and maintain data mapping jobs that will be used to migrate data from a legacy system into SAP.• Create and monitor testing to verify data quality and consistency in business processes and reporting.• Audit data in accordance with the Master Data Governance program that defines and monitors the process of creating, modifying, storing and deleting data.
