Hello Checker framework, while reading through the requirements to participate as a contributor for this project, I realised some conditions for students listed below;
  1. A resume. A resume contains a brief description of your skills and your job or project experience. It will often list classes you have taken so far and your GPA. It should not be longer than one page.
  2. An unofficial transcript or grade report (don't spend money for an official one).
I would love to know if non students/professionals can participate in your project and can ignore things like classes, GPA and unofficial transcripts as listed above.

Thanks in anticipation.
Regards.

There are two separate issues here.
Regarding official participation and payment, the rules are up to Google.  They have a bias toward students and against professionals, but have indicated there is some room for discretion.
Regarding the Checker Framework project, we are interested in your ability, experience, and interests.  You can briefly tell us about that.
