Hi Ed,
We will fix the issue where eic associates, inc is listed for Citywide Agencies (as shown in the screenshots below). On the other hand, eic. Associates inc does not have spending data for FY2014, hence it will not show up in the dropdown choice. However, if you change the date filter to All Years, you will see that vendor listed. Please see below:
