API access

Hi, We're trying to access the Contracts API at checkbooknyc.com/api programmatically (server-side POST requests). We're getting empty 200 responses, which appears to be Imperva/Incapsula blocking automated requests. Is there a whitelisting process or an alternative endpoint we should use? The old api.cityofnewyork.us domain no longer resolves. Thanks!
