Is this still maintained? Where is the ETL documentation?

Hello!

Firstly, amazing work. I am the CTO of a midsized city (Shreveport, LA) and would love to implement this for our transparency efforts here.

My main concern is whether or not this is being actively maintained still? I ask because on Github there are several broken links to non-existent resources.

In particular, we wanted to understand the ETL process more, but only found the link to a docx that no longer exists.

If anyone can recommend whether or not to commit to using this tool for our financial transparency, as well as point us to the updated ETL docs, my team and I can potentially implement this for our city.
