Datafeeds issue

Good Morning,

 

Datafeeds returned a tracking number to me, but I cannot seem to retrieve my file with it.

 

My tracking number is: RVnXXMbHgh

At 8:50, the system sent another tracking number. This one works.

I have created one new request in data feeds production to replicate the issue.

 

Meanwhile could you send us the two emails you got today with different tracking numbers for our analysis

 

I have checked for below mentioned tracking number in production and im able to get results.

Thank you for sending us the data feeds emails from this morning.

 

I’m still trying to replicate the issue on my end. We have observed in few instances that if we paste the tracking number with any space it generates this screen of invalid tracking number.

 

We will look into handling this scenario when user enters tracking number with any space.

Yes, I made sure that there was not a space when I pasted the tracking number
