Downloads not working from advanced search

Hello, I am trying to download award data from checkbook. The export keeps returning an empty spreadsheet and suggests I contact the support team. I could not locate a way to contact. Is this the best place?

There was an issue with one of our backend databases yesterday, and that was causing just the exports to fail occasionally. We've fixed the issue and the exports you need should be working now.
